Artico Projects delivers high quality residential, commercial and specialist healthcare construction projects. Our work ranges from new build homes and major renovations to dental clinics, commercial fit outs and bespoke construction projects.

We are based in the North West and undertake projects across Cheshire, Manchester, Staffordshire, the Midlands and throughout the UK, depending on the size and requirements of the project.

Yes. Artico can manage a project from the early planning and pre construction stages through procurement, construction, completion and handover. We coordinate the various consultants, subcontractors and specialist trades required to deliver the project.

Yes. Artico Projects operates as a principal contractor, managing and coordinating the construction works, programme, subcontractors, health and safety and overall delivery of the project.

Every project is different. Cost is influenced by the size of the development, specification, structural requirements, finishes, site conditions and complexity. Once we have sufficient information, we can provide a detailed quotation or cost plan rather than relying on unrealistic square foot estimates.

This depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Before construction begins, we establish an anticipated programme and key milestones. The programme is then managed throughout the construction period.

Yes. We believe a properly documented contract protects both the client and contractor. The appropriate form of contract will depend on the project and procurement route, with JCT contracts commonly used on our projects.

Yes. Clear communication is an important part of our delivery process. Clients are provided with an appropriate point of contact rather than having to independently manage numerous trades and subcontractors.

Yes. Our projects include an appropriate defects and warranty period in accordance with the agreed contract. Manufacturer warranties for specific products and equipment are also provided where applicable.

Yes. Our residential work includes new build homes, substantial extensions, renovations and high specification properties where quality, detailing and coordination are particularly important.

Yes. Artico has experience delivering dental and specialist healthcare environments where careful coordination of services, equipment, clinical requirements and high quality finishes is essential.
